We have considered appropriate controls to protect our instructor, customers and other visitors from foreseeable hazards: including Coronavirus. The following measures stipulate key controls present at this site following a risk assessment. You must familiarise yourself with these controls and take any precautions outlined.

For your safety, and the to protect our instructor and other site visitors, we have introduced new controls at this site. These controls are outlined below:

Handwashing | Please use hand gel prior to entering the marina. |
Social Distancing | You must maintain a 1+ metre distance from all persons at all times. Please follow your instructors instructions on where to stand at all times. |
Equipment | All equipment will be rigorously cleaned in between each session. Wetsuits and buoyancy aids will be sterilised. Storage boxes and skis will be disinfectant before and after each use. |
Wetsuits | You do not have to wear a wetsuit but if you would like to and you have your own then please use it. If you think you may need something warmer than shorts and t-shirts then a windproof jacket can be worn. Your wetsuit shoes or old trainers can be worn if you prefer not to go barefoot. |
Buoyancy Aids | Buoyancy Aids will be sterilised after each use and left to dry. Where possible back to back use will be avoided. |
Booking | All safaris must be pre-booked online or over the phone and paid for in advance. We are not able to accommodate walk in bookings. |
Payment | Payment must be made in advance using the online booking system where possible. |
Waivers | Waivers must be completed online prior to the safari. An individual waiver for each participant is required. Under 18s waivers must be signed by a parent or guardian. |
Safety Briefing | Your meet and greet and safety briefing will take place in the open air and you must stand where you are instructed to do so at all times. |
Guidelines | We continue to follow current government guidelines during this pandemic and review processes as necessary. |
Boarding a Ski | During boarding of the ski the instructor will hold the ski in the water with his back to you for a few moments. Customer details will be stored, in line with government guidelines, for the purpose of contact tracing should the need require. |
Belongings | Please come dressed ready with minimal belongings to aid storage whilst on the safari. |
Emergency
For your safety our emergency procedures may override any guidance set about above.
